Refund policy
We hope you have been satisfied with the purchase and the products received from NMZ Diseños S.A.S. or (Simplified Stock Company). However, if you wish to make a return or exchange, we will be happy to help you. NMZ Diseños S.A.S. will accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise. The garments must have all the labels as well as their original receipts. We accept exchanges within 30 days from the reception of the shipment and returns within five (5) working days from the reception of the purchase as well.
Please note:
- * The time limit for exchanges is 30 days from the reception of the shipment.
- * All products received after the allowed time will be returned to the customer and charged an additional shipping fee.
- * The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with the original labels and accessories, and must not be worn, washed, modified, or altered.
- * The garments that fail to meet with the conditions listed above will be returned under the responsibility of the buyer.
- * The exchange must be for a product of equal or greater value.
- 2. The customer will assume the cost of the shipment return of the product.
- 3. NMZ Diseños S.A.S is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during the shipment return.
- * Changes will be processed within eight (8) business days of the reception of the shipment.
- * Any clearance or final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- * Upon receiving any product for return or exchange, NMZ Diseños S.A.S reserves the right to deny the return or exchange of the product if the item does not meet the return and exchange policy.
Right of Withdrawal
Following the right of withdrawal enshrined by Law 1480 of 2011 Art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is five (5) business days from the date the customer received the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please remember:
- 1. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original product packaging and with the original labels and accessories.
- 2. The customer will assume the cost of the shipment return of the product.
- 3. NMZ Diseños S.A.S is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during the shipment return.
- 4. Following the Law 1480 of article 47, numeral 7, products for personal use are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
- 5. Returns can only be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.
Once your return has been approved and processed, NMZ Diseños S.A.S will refund the total amount paid, without any discounts or withholdings. You will receive your refund no longer than 30 calendar days.
Warranty Policies
If you believe that the product does not match your order, you should contact us immediately via our email info@shopnmz.com, providing us details or a description of the defect.
The warranty period is 90 days from the reception of the shipment. After this time, we do not accept any merchandise claims under any circumstances.
Any warranty claim, after the garment has been worn, will be analyzed by our Customer Service Department, which will respond as soon as possible, in no more than 15 working days.
The product must be sent in good hygienic conditions.

Cancellation Policies
Once you have placed an order, we cannot modify it or cancel it. NMZ Diseños S.A.S will start immediately processing the orders with the details provided as soon as they are put through. We will ensure that you will receive it as quickly as possible. Therefore, we recommend that you review your order before sending payment to ensure that your items, quantity, and address are correct, without prejudice to the application of the right of withdrawal.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except holidays, and may take up to 48 hours to be dispatched.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon will be processed the same day, and orders placed after noon will be processed the next business day.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unforeseen delays or delays attributable solely to the courier service.
